BASICBALL PT (Personal Training)

Basicball PT Program “One on one” (one player) or in “Small group” (2-4 players), created to provide maximum teaching time and attention to details, with the amount of repetition required to master a specific skill (dribbling and ball-handling, shooting, lay up’s, passing, rebounding, defense, perimeter play, guard development, big man post play, finishing moves footwork and balance, and etc). Once we determine your skill level (player profiling) workouts are tailored to address the areas that require improvement. You will work with highly experience FIBA certified coach.
